For your remote Assessment, log into your SKYPE software and connect with SCAAdvisoryBoard at the date and time scheduled.

It's strongly recommended that you perform a connection test prior to the actual start time to verify audio, video and connection quality. The time and date of this test can be arranged at your convenience. Should you be unable to achieve the necessary level of communication clarity, you will be given your choice of the Instant Messaging services available for video and a telephone number for audio.

At the commencement of your Assessment, you will be emailed a standard confidentiality agreement and Assessment questionnaire in either a PDF file (should you have scanning capability) or in a Doc file (should you not).

You will then please complete the questionnaire and email it back to service@servicesca.org or transfer it back via your SKYPE connection.

Please be aware the completion of the questionnaire is a timed exercise with times to be noted by you on the right side of the questionnaire.

At the close of the Assessment, in the event that you don't feel as though you received your money's worth, your fee is declined. No hassle. The customer is always right.

In the event you are pleased with the session, you may pay by credit card online by clicking here and you will be asked to give a one sentence summary of your impression of the Assessment.

The Assessment is performed under a complete confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.

Should you have any questions, call (713) 932-7495 x 12.
