How to Invest in Our Portfolio Companies

   On any given day we receive a number of inquiries expressing interest in our business incubator and portfolio of client companies.   Consequentially, we formulated a program to accommodate the serious inquiry.

   For your contribution of a modest $250.00 made to Services Cooperative Association, a Texas chartered, not-for-profit cooperative association of independent businesses, we will add you to our investor list.  This secures you a "preview" seat on our Advisory Board for client companies. You are then provided with a face-to-face introduction, complete contact information and company profile, including current activities and financial statements. 

   For each of our client companies you find of interest and in which you invest, we will receive an additional $100.00, again payable to the Services Cooperative Association.  Your contributions to SCA are completely tax deductible.

   We maintain absolute confidentiality of investor, portfolio company and introductions.  You can rest assured that any transactions will be in strictest confidence.

   We are the first business incubator in Houston, the city having more business incubators than any other city in the world. We are also the oldest business incubator in Texas and second oldest private sector in the nation, founded the first Womens Business Center in the United States and the first Virtual Incubation Program in the world.
