Opening an Office in the United States
For bona fide companies seeking to open an office in the United States, we can provide complete support services ranging from temporary office space to purchasing or constructing an office building or manufacturing facility or purchasing an existing United States business on your behalf.

To commence your project, we require a retainer of $10,000.00 (U.S.). This fee is not refundable unless we decline the assignment.

When we have received your payment, we will contact you regarding the particulars of your assignment. When we have that information, we can tell you what additional fees, if any, may be required.

You must be able to comply with all U.S. regulations regarding your purchase.

Please note: For purchases that exceed $50,000.00 (U.S.), an escrow deposit may be required. However, amounts deposited in escrow will be refunded in the event we cannot complete your purchase to your specifications.
