RAPID GROWTH SYSTEM
Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Rapid Growth System? A way for early stage business owners to rapidly acquire all the skills necessary to operate a successful business.

Will it work for all types of businesses? Yes, although it was specifically designed for service companies because it teaches the essentials of a "service system," all business owners can apply the skills learned to their businesses.

How is the system taught? Since almost all small business owners have to be producing an income while they are learning to grow their business, the teaching method is a hands on, learn by doing application much like the way you learned to ride a bicycle, for instance.

What will I learn? The most cost efficient manner for the marketing, operations, administration and finance of the business from the owner/operator perspective.

How long does it take to learn? About six months requiring three hours weekly using the model of the SCA Chapter Business Building Breakfast.

Will it work for businesses past the startup stage? Yes, although it was specifically designed for startup companies, business owners in the expansion stage can apply the skills learned to their businesses.

How much does it cost? About $20 a week, which can be paid weekly, monthly or quarterly.

Is this better than what I can learn in a lecture, classroom, seminar or from reading a book? Depends on how you define better. If you agree that hands on is the best learning mode for you and you can afford about three hours and $20 a week and you want the opportunity to be selling while you’re learning and making new contacts, then you might say this is better.

Has this method proved successful for other business owners? Yes. There is a track record of more than 30 years of successful business owners who will tell you they learned their skills with this method faster than any other methods they tried.

Can I bring partners or employees? Yes, although it was specifically designed for business owners, others in the business will benefit from the weekly sessions.

What is a specific item of any one thing I'll learn to help my business grow? You'll learn the best way to make the "self-introduction" about your business at any networking event.

If I really enjoy the system, can I continue past the six months. Yes. There are some who continue past the six months because they say they get to hone their skills, make new contacts and pick up new business.

Where can I see an example? Attend any SCA Chapter Business Building Breakfast. For more information, go to http://www.servicesca.org/crossroads.htm

Is there a long term commitment? No. It’s pay as you go and you can stop at any time.
