Catherine James

Catherine James is President and Owner of Dixie Cullen Interests Inc, an Industrial Storage Services Company specializing in machinery, industrial product and material.  A Space Intensive Incubator is also operated onsite.   The warehouse facility consists of over 200,000 square feet under roof serviced by heavy lift overhead cranes.  

Coming from a background in machinery moving and industrial plant relocation, industrial storage was the next step in servicing the customers needs. She has been able to build a successful storage  business servicing both domestic and international clients by providing quality service and time sensitive turnaround.

An active member for over 11 years of American Business Womens Association she has received the Woman of the Year Award and Top 10 American Business Woman of the year nomination.  2000 Woman of Excellence Award from the Federation of Houston Professional Women.  Past President of the Texas Business Incubator Association and the Houston Council of American Business Women's Association.   Founding Executive Board Member  and Officer in Organization of Women in International Trade.
